Android - PreferenceScreen选择一个联系人

我想添加一个选项以在我的PreferenceScreen中选择联系人。

在xml布局中有一种简单的方法吗？ （我宁愿不为此创建一个新类）。我不知道怎么办？

我最接近的是这个

<intent android:action="android.intent.action.VIEW"
            android:data="content://contacts/people/"/>

但它不会返回但只允许查看联系人。
