至少对于一次更改,您永远不需要一次更新多个表格,例如学生的姓名已更改(学生表将被更改)或者说成绩已更改(更改学生各自的成绩条目)。

所以我相信最适合的方法是更新学生的详细信息(名字或姓氏或两者)以及改变成绩的方法(同样或两者都有)。

至于删除,您可以从成绩表和学生表中依次删除,反之亦然。
