请查看您的error.log文件，该文件位于/var/log/nginx/error.log。我有一个非常相似的错误输出，结果，我有其他东西运行端口80默认。通常apache是罪魁祸首。

如果你的error.log吐出看起来像listen() to 0.0.0.0:80, backlog 511 failed (98: Address already in use)的东西，请尝试sudo lsof -i :80并查看正在运行的端口80，如果是这种情况。如果你想让nginx正常运行，你必须杀死端口上的任何东西。

另一种可能是你不小心删除了你的nginx.conf文件或目录文件，在这种情况下我运行了这些：

sudo apt-get --purge remove nginx-*
sudo apt-get install nginx

如果这些不起作用，请发布error.log结果。
