或者您尝试使用sf包吗?

DSN = paste0('MYSQL:dbname=',db ,' user=', user, ' host=', host, ' port=', port, ' password=', pwd)

library(sf)
data(meuse)
st_write(st_as_sf(meuse, coords = c("x","y")), dsn = DSN,  layer = "testinglayer")

或将host <- '127.0.0.1'更改为host <- "localhost"
