在/usr/lib安装了

python 2.7 软件包安装在/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages python 3安装在/usr/local/bin

python3 command is not able to fetch the packages/modules from the above mentioned directory. 

$ PATH看起来像

[PATH][1]

如何在python3中获取或使用这些包。
