如何从动态组合框中显示表格？

我有下面的表格，有4个组合框“Metier = profession”“tache = task”“tacrification = pricing”和“technicien = technician”，我选择了一个Metier和一个环节，之后我想要一个弹出框出现并向我展示一张表格，其中包含所有“技术人员”和他们的“目标”（当然只有与已经选择的“tache”相关的“技术人员”）。

请参阅第二张表格。在此之后，我从该表中选择一名“技师”，现在表格完全填满了“技术人员”，并且是“定价”。
