应用程序设置中没有权限

我已在清单中声明了存储权限，并尝试寻求SDK 23及更高版本的用户权限。但是，我发现了一个问题，我无法在应用设置中看到添加的权限。我从未遇到过这样的情况。让我知道我在哪里做错了。这是屏幕截图。
