我可以看到你的复选框没有值，所以PHP部分获得了一个垃圾/空值。

简而言之，只需在HTML端添加required属性即可。无需在服务器端进行检查

您当前验证的问题在于您错误地使用了if-else并且您在每个语句上使用exit会过早地终止您的脚本。
