好的，所以我解决了我的问题。 This issue helped me。

似乎Postgres初始化过程一旦完成就停止了初始化过程，这是另一个后续过程并接受连接。

因此我有：

  postgres:
    deploy:
      restart_policy:
        condition: on-failure
        window: 15m

并且显然docker收到了进程结束状态代码，因此它停止运行而没有进入下一个进程，因此从不接受连接。

我的解释可能不正确，但是至少如果您遇到此问题，请尝试拔下restart_policy键以查看是否可以解决。

我还没有尝试恢复healthcheck，因为它可能还会产生不良的副作用。
