好像你想在Heroku中运行你的应用程序，它将以生产模式运行。所以Rails将从database.yml和production seciton获得数据库信息。

其中，您对数据库的设置是： production: <<: *default database: order_management_production username: order_management password: <%= ENV['ORDER_MANAGEMENT_DATABASE_PASSWORD'] %> 它表示密码将从名为ORDER_MANAGEMENT_DATABASE_PASSWORD的服务器环境中获取。

如果您不知道如何设置该应用并且您的应用不是真实产品，则可以使用<%= ENV['ORDER_MANAGEMENT_DATABASE_PASSWORD'] %>等真实密码替换abc123。

另外，我注意到您在默认部分中设置了adapter: postgresql设置，并且您的开发部分已从默认部分中删除，因此您的开发数据库设置的数据库适配器为postgresql但{{{ 1}}。
