我有一个非常复杂的UI，需要多个嵌套的列表列表等等。

目前我有一个外部RecyclerView，里面还有另一个RecyclerView实际上是一个可扩展的回收者（是这个component的重构版本）。它是一个三层层次结构。

我的问题是什么都没有被回收。我在NestedScrollView里面没有它们。它们从创建时开始就被加载到内存中，onBindViewHolder永远不会再次触发..因此滚动非常粗糙。

有关如何解决此问题的任何建议？提前致谢

内部可扩展回收器

更新这是主要的外部适配器。我重写了GetItemViewId。这会影响回收机制吗？

当孩子的身高错误时会发生这种情况。

只需将layout_height设置为子项的wrap_content即可修复它。
