\ usepackage {graphicx} - ＆gt;编译不再起作用

只要在序言中使用\ usepackage {graphicx}，编译就不再起作用了。奇怪的是，我没有得到警告或错误，它只是不编译（无论我是否使用pdflatex，latex或快速构建）。我使用的是Windows 10，MikTex和Texmaker。

示例：

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\begin{document}
I would like to add a figure. 
\end{document}

当我点击PDFLaTeX，然后点击View Pdf时，没有任何反应（没有警告，没有错误，只有空白的白纸）。一旦我删除\ usepackage {graphicx}，它就完美无缺。任何的想法？非常感谢你提前！

我唯一的想法是你可能有一个过时的pdfTeX版本：你可能需要升级你的MikTeX安装。

感谢。我有最新版本，但显然安装MiKTex出错了。我重新安装了MiKTeX，现在它完美无缺。
