您的MySQL服务器仍在使用旧密码哈希机制，该机制在MySQL 4.1中已更改。 MySQLP mysqli客户端较新，不支持旧密码机制。因为这会导致错误。 阅读此link了解更多详细信息，它只是不兼容
我还建议您根据您的操作系统使用XAMP或WAMP，这是手动配置的更好选择
