W little依赖问题

Question

使用Wagtail 1.13.1时，我们在使用Docker进行本地构建时突然出现错误，并且构建失败。

Cannot uninstall 'urllib3' It is a distutils installed project and 
thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which 
would lead to only a partial uninstall. 

urllib3是通过请求Wagtail的依赖吗？

还有其他人经历过这个吗？

看起来我们在python-urllib3中安装了apt-get update && apt-get install DockerFile;一旦我删除了它，就可以了。
