你应该做pip list并检查你的setuptools版本应该是（28.8.0）。如果您使用的是旧版本，请使用pip install -U setuptools进行升级。

您应该考虑从2.7.10升级到更新版本的Python 2（目前是2.7.14），这应该可以解决您的SSL问题。如果您在Linux上运行，请确保不要覆盖系统python。
