Recyclerview消耗了向右和向左滑动

Question

我有这个页面（见图），其中一个标签主机是它下面的回收站视图的过滤器。

点击它正常过滤，但我实现了滑动布局左右移动以更改过滤器类别（在图片中的四个），一切正常在recyclerview（标题和上面）上方，而回收者视图正在消耗或覆盖回收器中的滑动。
