检查BOSH Director计算机的OpenStack安全组。如果SG至少未在端口5000上将出口TCP添加到10.81.102.5，则它应包含ALLOW IPv4 to 0.0.0.0/0。

使用ssh检查连接：

bbl ssh --director
nc -tvn 10.81.102.5 5000

如果这不能帮助检查网络/防火墙配置。
