right_table=soup.find_all('table',{'class':'wikitable sortable plainrowheaders'})

该命令的输出,即right_table包含一个数组。你需要在它的成员上调用find_all(即使它有一个元素),而不是整个东西。

所以这一行:

for row in right_table.find_all("tr"):

应更改为:

for row in right_table[0].find_all("tr"):
