没有生成错误，捆绑文件输出不会重新生成

webpack的新手试图了解如何使文件结构webpack.config.js和package.json一起工作，但不知道什么是失败的client.min.js（我输出的bunfdle）文件）永远不会在NPM run dev

上重新生成
