INSTALL_OPTION_1 =配置对话框中的第一个复选框。这可以控制是否安装了应用程序。
INSTALL_OPTION_2 =配置对话框中的第二个复选框。当ALLOW_DB_UPDATE =“yes”时，它控制数据库是否更新，否则控制是否部署报告。
INSTALL_OPTION_3 =配置对话框中的第3个复选框。这控制是否在ALLOW_DB_UPDATE =“是”时部署报告，否则隐藏
ALLOW_DB_UPDATE =由另一个自定义操作设置的属性。如果数据库连接失败，或者数据库已经是最新的，则为“否”，否则为“是”。
ALLOW_RS_DEPLOY =由另一个自定义操作设置的属性。如果成功建立了与报表服务器的连接，则将其设置为“yes”，否则设置为“no”。

问题

我遇到的问题是，当我取消选中第一个复选框时，请选中其他2（不要安装应用程序，但更新数据库并部署报告）。自定义操作不会执行。我需要这种行为的原因是，可能存在用户需要重新安装报告或更新其他数据库但不需要重新安装应用程序的情况。

更新数据库和部署报告的我的2个自定义操作是InstallFecuteSequence在InstallFinalize之前发生的最后2个操作
