from buildbot.status import mail

添加它，它应该工作;顺便说一句，你的配置文件缺少很多东西;通常，如果你保留buildbot附带的默认值并修改它，你将没有任何问题;如果你开始在不知道他们做什么的情况下切断东西，那就有点危险了。
