Question

大家好，我很难调试从php 7.0升级到php 7.1后新安装的laravel 5.6中的问题。我已经为我的测试项目生成了一个app键。将所有者更改为www-data和777的权限，因为它只是一个测试项目。

重启php 7.1 fpm和NGINX也已完成。

请注意，我可以在运行 php aritsan serve 命令后运行该项目，我也能够ping该项目但无法使用 laraveltestauth.ng访问它在网址中。
