请重新检查您是否在命令行工具中选择了正确的最新版xcode。

将xcode-select开发者目录更改为/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

运行

sudo xcode-select -s /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
  

注意：Xcode.app - ＆gt;您的XCode应用名称
