您不能将Spring Framework 4.2.x与Spring Boot 1.5.x一起使用。作为stated in the documented system requirements，Spring Boot 1.5.1需要Spring Framework 4.3.6或更高版本。
使用Spring Boot的依赖关系管理可以避免这种问题。使用spring-boot-starter-parent作为你父亲的父母：
