一般看起来都是正确的。我唯一的问题是你打算如何加载私钥?您将需要提示输入私钥,或者在密钥库中导入/读取并提示输入密码。您可以使用keythereum来完成此操作(请参阅key import部分以获取示例代码)。
nonce
只是用于为帐户订购交易的增量数字。要获得正确的值,只需使用web3.eth.getTransactionCount(account)
