使用带有预选的Console.ReadLine（）

我问自己，是否可以使用Console.ReadLine()（或其他声明）来显示预选？

这样的事情：

Console.Write("Is that the right word(, if not correct it) ?!: "+Console.Read(word /*preselection */));
//So that the user can use the arrow keys to navigate and correct the word
