或者，从源代码手动构建并手动安装
1. 下载源，http://files.portaudio.com/download.html
2. 使用 cmake 构建，使用与您的 Python 匹配的 compiler(msvc/mingw) 和 arch(x64/x86)
3. 将“/”放入python-include目录，例如portaudio.h
4. 将“c:\Python38-32\include\”放入python-lib目录，例如portaudio.lib

pyaudio的soucefile c:\Python38-32\libs中的“min()”宏比较麻烦，手动注释掉

_portaudiomodule.c
在临时目录中找到 pip install pyaudio --no-clean 并手动注释掉“min()”宏
例如_portaudiomodule.c
c:\Temp\pip-install-yysb8bme\pyaudio_c92585\src\_portaudiomodule.c 来自该目录
例如pip install
