当我运行mvn package时，它很好地编译项目并使用jar构建shade-plugin。但是当我运行mvn verify时，不应该运行shade-plugin，但它确实运行，并且在执行测试之前需要不必要的时间。

如何防止在[{1}}上运行阴影插件？
