惊讶没有人跳过这一个。我找到了答案。 API级别不匹配。显然，使用高于Oreo的版本的通知需要NotificationChannel。当我在较低的API上尝试它时，它工作。知道那种导致我的手能够让它工作。如果有其他人有这个问题让我知道，也许我可以帮忙。
