您可以使用cron / at或类似的方式管理任务。

创建一个脚本，也许叫做alarm_telegram.py。

#!/usr/bin/env python
import telebot
import config

bot = telebot.TeleBot(config.bot_token)

bot.send_message(chat_id, 'Wake up!')

然后像这样在cron中编程。

00 8 * * 6 /path/to/your/script/alarm_telegram.py
