我有几年的BizSpark订阅。在该订阅上，我有24个资源。我需要将整个订阅转移给也拥有Azure帐户的其他人。我转到我的订阅并单击“转移”链接，我收到以下错误：

如果我转到虚拟机，然后选择“移动资源”，我会收到此错误：

我在同一订阅中遇到过其他问题。今年早些时候，我试图更改附加到订阅的信用卡。它不会让我。我从来没有解决这个问题。
有什么办法可以将这些项目转移到另一个Azure帐户吗？
