VS 2015和2017：Windows-＆gt; Debug-＆gt; Modules窗口中没有列出模块。＆＃39; Breakpont目前不会被命中。没有加载符号

首先，我要感谢大家的帮助。 出于某种原因，当其中一个项目的web.config已经恢复到添加空MVC控制器之前的某个点时，可以调试应用程序。 后来删除了该控制器，并在其位置添加了一个空的API控制器。但是，当移除MVC cotroller时，自动添加的包没有被删除。我在这里添加了web.config（错误的和正确的）的副本。
