谢谢khmarbaise指点。 原来，nexus在前面有一个代理，这限制了可以上传的罐子的大小。 这是一个弹簧靴应用程序，创建一个胖罐。因此失败了。
显然，当我运行本地托管的nexus并且无法从异常堆栈跟踪中解密时，我没有遇到这个问题。
