虽然重新启动VS已解决了问题 - 但您遇到的最大问题是该网站托管在网络共享上。

Asp.Net正在应用程序目录中设置文件监视器，以便在关键文件发生变化时为AppDomain提供自动拆除功能。

在早期版本的Windows上，此功能在网络共享中不起作用（但Asp.Net不会失败），或者如果它确实非常有限。我认为在这种情况下，一个现有的观察者被认为已被删除，另一个正在被重新创建（可能是由操作系统），最终耗尽系统资源，因为一次又一次地创建重复的观察者。

Win 2008+（需要客户端和服务器）支持更好，因为网络文件系统和观察者与操作系统的集成更加深入。

但是，我强烈建议，特别是在开发过程中，在本地IIS上运行的网站也会从本地文件系统运行。
