HDInsight群集创建cmdlet错误

New-AzureRmResourceGroupDeployment -ResourceGroupName v-chepra -TemplateFile "H:\Azure Training\template (1)\template.json" -TemplateParameterFile "H:\Azure Training\template (1)\parameters.json"
