您缺少类路径中的kafka-clients jar。您在依赖管理中使用了什么? Maven和gradle应该自动将这个jar放在类路径上。

您的kafka版本比它应该更旧,您的有问题的班级ClusterResourceListener期望版本高于0.10.1.0,而您的版本低于0.10.0.1。

只需升级您的kafka罐子即可解决此问题。
