JavaFX：单击Button时出现NullPointerException

Question

我有一个创建Button的非fxml类（ButtonTester）和一个fxml控制器类（ControllerClass）。 我想完成点击按钮调用某个方法（f.ex.在TextArea中显示文本）。

但是当我点击按钮时，会抛出NullPointerException，我不明白。我将在两个类下面粘贴NullPointerException。

根布局是BorderPane，ControllerClass的fxml位于AnchorPane（BorderPane中心），Button放在VBox（BorderPane顶部）中。为了便于阅读，我将仅发布有关Button和方法的代码。
