在vscode上集成终端之间切换（mongo / cmd / bash）

Question

我在VSCODE中有3个不同的shell，想要在这些shell之间切换。目前只有mongo弹出“ctrl +`”并希望在shell之间切换..无论如何都要这样做吗？
