引用的OP PDFVisibleTextStripper中的this answer不起作用的原因是，覆盖的end中字符基线processTextPosition的结尾计算不起作用考虑页面轮换。但是，如果你改变那个方法，只测试每个字符基线的开头并忽略结束，它对于手头的文档来说效果相当不错：

OP提交了另一份文件，即使上面更正的PDFVisibleTextStripper也无法正确识别可见字符。

原因是PDFBox文本剥离将原点移动到裁剪框的左下角进行另一次规范化。

修补PDFVisibleTextStripper方法以再次添加左下方裁剪框坐标值，可以很好地提取可见文本。

覆盖processPage允许我们阅读左下方的裁剪框坐标：
