Question

我一直在尝试安装pyproj python包（我想特别使用stateplane部分）。长话短说..我有一个lat，long和变量值的csv，想要为每个状态提取数据。我打算用

stateplane.identify(-80.1, 36.2, fmt='short')

用于识别状态的功能。我已经验证我有python 3.6.3和pip 9.0.1。做pip安装适用于libusb包，但是当我这样做时出现错误

或者，如果我下载了回购并且做了

python setup.py install

我会下载.whl或tar.gz文件和我会将其下载到python36-32目录或在哪里？
