我遇到了同样的问题，它可能是小提琴手的问题，请打开小提琴手并提示某些弹出窗口，你只需要允许它。

基本上，fiddler会阻止您对TFS服务器的请求。

即使我清理缓存也不会工作。 解决方案：保持打开的提琴手并在提示时允许请求。
