错误R10（启动超时） - ＆gt; Web进程无法绑定到$ PORT 在Python Process上启动60秒，状态为137
那是我的Procfile： web：python bot.py
我将Procfile更改为： web：python bot.py -p $ PORT ，但它没有帮助
