在Oracle中如何解压缩使用deflate算法压缩并存储在VARCHAR2字段中的base64字符串

我尝试使用UTL_COMPRESS.lz_uncompress失败

select UTL_COMPRESS.lz_uncompress(src => 
(utl_encode.base64_decode(UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW('eJwLSS0uCS4pysxLBwAWHwQY'))))
from  dual;

返回错误

ORA-29294: A data error occurred during compression or uncompression.
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_COMPRESS", line 29

字符串确实有crc32-checksum。
