好的，找到了原因。在我的项目中，我有一个额外的dll引用，在代码中没有真正使用（RibbonControlsLibrary.dll），但它没有添加到安装程序的构建中。这是导致错误的原因。当我替换exe时，开发exe查找此文件但找不到它。

通过从项目引用中删除此dll解决了这个问题。
