隐藏操作栏，不带菜单选项

我想隐藏动作栏而不隐藏菜单选项。我使用了动作栏的对象来隐藏它。但是从该菜单选项中也隐藏了。救命...     ActionBar actionbar = getSupportActionBar（）;     actionbar.hide（）;
