cUrl vs Invoke-WebRequest

Question

有人可以向我解释为什么cUrl（真正的cUrl）有效但Invoke-WebRequest没有？相同的机器，相同的变量。对我而言，看起来他们应该做同样的事情，将文件上传到jfrog Artifactory。

将PowerShell默认设置为错误的TLS版本，需要明确告知使用1.2

[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12

把它放在Invoke-WebRequest前面，一切都很好。
