在开发机器和客户端机器之间转换不匹配的Crystal Report运行时dll文件导致了这个问题：

Memory full.
Not enough memory for operation.

第二个：

System.NullReferenceException -- System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

<强>解决方案：

在客户端计算机中安装开发计算机中使用的相同版本。我安装的版本为13.0.19，客户端计算机13.0.12通过卸载13.0.12并在客户端计算机中安装13.0.19来解决我的问题。

最好安装与Visual Studio版本相关的Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable。
