奇怪的是,导航到先前的视图控制器然后返回到此控制器会修复单元布局并且单元格恢复正常。

即使动态调整大小在使用上述算法的collectionView中运行良好,但它还不完整。我切换到UITableView并使用自动布局来进行动态调整大小。它简单,容易且工作得很好。
