Question

我有一个使用工具集v140_xp编译的Visual Studio 2015 C ++项目。

当我使用Visual Studio 2017打开同一个项目时，我可以将工具集更改为v141_xp并编译项目而不会出错。

但是如果我保存项目，关闭Visual Studio并重新打开它，项目无法加载，我收到以下错误：
