TF30046：迁移TFS服务器的问题

在尝试将TFS-Server 2013迁移到新位置的过程中，我们遇到了一个问题。

TF30046: The instance information does not match. Team Foundation expected xxx which was not found.

但这并没有解决问题。因为当我这样做时，我有另一个错误，指出集合是in the process of being serviced。
